Although an historically active spring for tornadoes across the U.S., this was a Plains drought year where everything focused either along or east of the I-35 corridor, somewhat limiting its chasing appeal. Still, I saw a good chunk of the best Plains storms in the spring, then followed it up with an all-time great second season chase in November.
