Like 2012 and 2014, severe Plains drought kneecapped most setups in 2018—but unlike those years, there was no aberrant huge tornado day to salvage the season. The result was another total dud spring for me, the highlight of which was an overperforming MRGL risk structure day in late June that offered my first memorable chase photos in over two full years.
