A classic quality-over-quantity season. Although big synoptic systems were scarce, and June was practically dead, the month of May just kept delivering quality tornado days from flawed or nondescript setups. I personally bagged five quality tornado days in a two-week stretch—four of which were on consecutive days, and one of which was my best chase day ever.
